Our attorneys are reputed company for their courtroom excellence, meticulous preparation, and strategic thinking. You’ll join a tight-reputed company, professional, and highly collaborative team where strong writing, careful analysis, and reliability are valued and rewarded. What You’ll Do As a key member of our litigation team, you will:
- Assist with active commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision
- Conduct deep-dive legal research to support litigation strategy
- Prepare and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
- Manage document review, production, and litigation support platforms
- Prepare deposition outlines, witness files, exhibit sets, and factual summaries
- Coordinate litigation calendars, deadlines, and workflow
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
- Support attorneys through every stage of the litigation lifecycle
This role requires a high level of independence, accuracy, and ownership. What You Bring
- J.D. from an accredited and respected law school (top programs strongly preferred)
- Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (good standing required)
- 2+ years of litigation experience—preferably commercial litigation
- Exceptional legal writing and research abilities
- Strong command of discovery processes and deposition preparation
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- A proactive, disciplined approach to remote work
