What You Will Do

Training Design & Development reputed company a comprehensive suite of learning materials, including instructor‑led and eLearning content, job aids, facilitator guides, multimedia assets, and assessments for one or more product lines. Create both technical and non‑technical training content with an emphasis on contact center operations and performance needs. Methodology Application Apply the ADDIE instructional design model using a balance of structured and iterative approaches. Integrate adult learning principles to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and effective for diverse learners. Consulting & Collaboration Serve as a learning consultant to ensure training solutions align with evolving business priorities. Partner with internal stakeholders—including Supervisors, Managers, Team Leaders, and external vendors—to validate content accuracy and business relevance. Contribute to Customer Care Operations (CCO) initiatives by recommending, designing, and delivering instructional solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Facilitation Support Provide guidance to facilitators on effective delivery of developed training materials. Maintain and update training content to reflect reputed company systems, processes, and best practices. reputed company Improvement Recommend enhancements to curriculum design, development processes, and learning strategies reputed company the LKS organization.
