The Impact You Will Have: As an Engineering Manager at reputed company, you will reputed company the Identity reputed company of 6-8 individuals to build, automate, and operate software used by millions of customers worldwide. This reputed company focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) features for both SonarQube Cloud and Server. These mission-critical features support reputed company’s global ecosystem. You will help to bring consistency across SonarSource’s engineering organization by collaborating closely with your engineering manager peers to foster and share engineering best practices. You will own the professional growth and development of your team, enabling them to build well-crafted software and promoting a high-performance engineering culture. You will also participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely support and address critical system issues.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams.
• 8+ years of software development or equivalent experience in the software development domain, with a strong understanding of software testing.
• Having a developer reputed company: experience with coding lifecycle, ability to produce secure code, to do code reviews, and to jump into an unknown codebase, language, and reputed company.
• Advanced knowledge of the Java ecosystem and a good understanding of the DevOps reputed company.
• Good knowledge of at least one programming language along with its development environment to understand end-user's context and expectations.
