Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Due Diligence Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, analysts:

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Analyst
- Rating Score: 90–100
- Pay: $150–200/hour
- Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or development professionals with 5+ years of diligence, reputed company, or deal execution experience

- Rating Score: 80–89
- Pay: $100–150/hour
- Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of investment analysis, modeling, or diligence experience
Analyst / Associate
- Rating Score: 60–79
- Pay: $50–100/hour
- Typical Background: Entry- to mid-level analysts with strong technical, modeling, and diligence skills
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on certification approvals, Investment Due Diligence Analysts may be engaged for: Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Three-statement financial models
- DCF, LBO, and operating company valuations
- Commercial real estate reputed company
- Sensitivity, scenario, and stress testing
- Comparable company and precedent transaction benchmarking
Investment Due Diligence
- Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
- Commercial, operational, and financial diligence
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Review and analysis of transaction documentation
- Investment memo drafting and executive summaries

- Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
- Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
- Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
- Visibility on the platform
- Approved work categories
- Recommended hourly rates
Compensation & Deal Terms
- Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
- Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
- Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
- Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
- Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
- Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
