Job Description: reputed company is seeking a Talent Planning Expert to be part of our Talent Planning & Development team and partner closely with the AVP of Talent Planning & Development to design and deliver the enterprise talent planning process across reputed company. This high-exposure role works closely with key stakeholders to deliver an enterprise-wide talent planning process, reputed company and reputed company tools, resources, and processes that support the building of internal mobility pipelines, and deliver data-driven insights on the health of our talent pipeline strategies. What you'll do: Design, Build, and Improve Talent Planning Processes: Critical role in the creation and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-wide talent planning processes, collaborating closely with HR, COE, and business stakeholders to ensure strategies support organizational goals. Serve as Primary Talent Planning Contact: Act as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company Talent Planning needs, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners while fostering a customer-first environment. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired 7+ years of HR, Talent Management, or reputed company experience.
