Observability & AIOps Business Development Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales or overlay experience in enterprise software or observability & AIOps solutions for Enterprise, Public Sector, or Global accounts.
• Strong understanding of the observability & AIOps market, competitive landscape, and client use cases.
• Ability to reputed company the business value of reputed company observability, AI-powered IT operations, reputed company network operations, and digital experience transformation.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in reputed company sales cycles.
• Executive reputed company with strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• High reputed company, team-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
• Travel up to 25%.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company reputed company pay range for this position is $92,4000.00 to $115,000.00 annually . Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company pay.

Requirements / Role Overview

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with WWT account teams, WWT and OEM marketing teams, and technical engineering groups to identify observability & AIOps-reputed company opportunities, shape solution strategy, and position the value of WWT’s Digital Experience capabilities.
• Establish trusted relationships with strategic OEM partners, driving joint sales motions and alignment on program strategy.
• reputed company siloed customer requests into strategic, outcomes-based transformations across enterprise monitoring, reputed company observability, network and reputed company operations, employee experience, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate customer business challenges into functional and technical requirements, ensuring strong alignment across stakeholders (business, IT, procurement, CX leaders, etc.).

This role requires a self-starter who brings deep knowledge of observability & AIOps technologies, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to orchestrate reputed company cross-functional engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and modify short and long-term sales strategies for targeted territories and/or vertical markets.
• Serve as a primary coordinator between WWT sales teams, marketing teams, and vendor channels for reputed company observability & AIOps-reputed company software and services.
• Drive demand reputed company by identifying customer business challenges and mapping them to WWT offerings including consulting, adoption services, integration, managed services, and adjacent Digital Experience technologies.
• Collaborate with account managers and technical architects to shape, position, and win services-led solution engagements.
• Deliver executive-level messaging around ROI, user experience improvement, cloud migration strategies, digital reputed company, and AI-powered observability & IT Ops transformation.
• Partner closely with go-to-market OEM field teams and peers to drive pipeline creation, co-sell motions, and alignment on strategic accounts and programs.
• Facilitate customer workshops, whiteboards, and discovery sessions to uncover business drivers and solution requirements.
• Coordinate with WWT internal specialty teams (Automation, AI Advisory, EUC/DEX, Contact Center, Networking, reputed company, Cloud, and Adoption Services).
• Support forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and account planning in partnership with the broader sales team.
