The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the main reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-reputed company calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in reputed company aspects of your work. You'll be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures reputed company to product delivery and service
• Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to reputed company trusting relationships with reputed company customers
• Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
