Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling phone calls from clients seeking price quotes, booking reservations, or confirming reservation details. You will utilize our software and WhatsApp communication to provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries. This is a part-time, contract position that requires flexibility to work weekend and overnight shifts, with the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking luxury transportation services
- Utilize software and WhatsApp communication to provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
- Take down information and update client records as necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Log in and log off for each shift, ensuring accurate record-keeping and time management
- Communicate with the next agent before the end of each shift to ensure a smooth transition
- Communicate reputed company of time if unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be compensated on a per-call basis, with rates starting at $4.50 per call and $2.50 per reservation made. Overnight shift call rates are $8.00 per call. You will also have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts, and will be provided with a smartphone and laptop/computer to access our software and technology.
