A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex

In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and reputed company. Your typical day will involve:

• Answering 40-50 Inbound/Outbound Calls Daily: Utilize your excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assisting Customers with Payment Options, Escrow Items, and General Mortgage Information: Provide clear, concise information to help our customers navigate their mortgage processes.
• Discussing arenaflex Customer Benefits: Introduce customers to the advantages of our Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR services, enhancing their experience with us.
• Supporting Customers with Pending Mortgage Payments: Offer assistance and solutions to customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications for Success

• 6 Months or More of Customer Service Experience: A background in providing top-notch service to customers, preferably in a call center environment.

Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
