Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high volume calls pleasantly and reputed company
- Providing exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
