Job Summary
As a Data Entry Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customs documentation. You'll work closely with reputed company to transcribe customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time, remote position that requires 15-20 hours of work per week, with flexible hours between Monday and Friday, reputed company-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations and industry standards
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, logistics, or business administration
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy reputed company, email, internet, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
