Job Summary
As a Customer reputed company - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately capture and record customer information
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team to reputed company business objectives and goals
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider reputed company, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with reputed company suite
- Detail-oriented
Preferred Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
