The Opportunity
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers with urgent needs. Your role will involve answering incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every customer receives the highest level of service, and that our technicians have the information they need to deliver exceptional results.

Compensation & Benefits
We're committed to compensating reputed company members fairly and providing a comprehensive benefits package. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you can expect:
* $18/hour + bonus (average of 45 hours per week)

Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls from prospective and reputed company customers
* Accurately entering customer and appointment information into reputed company (CRM)
* Scheduling appointments
* Dispatching on-call technicians to urgent customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
While we're open to considering candidates from a variety of backgrounds, we're particularly interested in those with:
* Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Be willing to undergo a background reputed company and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
* Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll work a 4-day week (Friday – Monday) from 7 PM – 7 AM. You'll have the flexibility to work from home 90% of the time, with in-office visits twice per month.
Location
Our office is located at 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403. While you'll spend most of your time working from home, you'll need to be able to visit our office occasionally.
