About the Role
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in your assigned area. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans that meet business objectives
- Working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and noise levels, and frequently lifting up to 49 pounds
- Standing, walking, and climbing stairs for up to 12 hours during shifts
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory reputed company
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and noise levels
- Physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company
