About the Position

We are currently seeking an reputed company Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to join reputed company. As a crucial member of our provider support team, you will play a vital role in responding to inquiries from reputed company, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes 8-hour shifts between 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST, Monday through Friday. You may also be required to work occasional overtime, weekends, and/or some holidays based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the reputed company for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to providers through multiple channels, including phone calls and reputed company chat.
  • Quickly and appropriately triage contacts from reputed company, understanding and identifying their needs, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits, billing, and authorizations.
  • Research and resolve reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution.
  • Navigate over 30 systems to extract necessary information, utilizing strong multitasking skills to reputed company resolve issues across multiple lines of business and provider types.
  • Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, aiding in faster resolutions and enhancing their experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
  • Ability to type at a speed of greater than or equal to 35 - 40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work any full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between the hours of 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology.
  • Experience in a reputed company environment (i.e., office, call center, customer service, etc.), using phones and computers as the primary job tools.
