Job Overview

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
- Investigate to obtain missing medication data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
- Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

- Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
