Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you will be part of a team that handles millions of automated humanized conversations for our clients every day. While automation is a powerful tool, it's not perfect, and that's where you come in. You will work closely with your teammates to read consumer responses, respond contextually, and categorize them appropriately, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Your work will inform our natural language model, making your accuracy and attention to detail crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound messages reputed company our chat room to leads regarding questions or concerns around the product or service, utilizing reputed company-and-click frequently asked questions canned responses.

Essential Qualifications
