Job Summary
As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to deliver training, support, and analysis to our clients. Your primary goal will be to proactively identify and resolve reputed company issues, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to USG and enterprise clients reputed company phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications
