Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries/concerns: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensuring accurate account information: Verify and update customer account information in our client system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries: Communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring customers understand their account status and any relevant details.
