Responsibilities
As a Medical Records Transcriptionist and Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Transcribing radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities.
- Updating patient records with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-reputed company, and physical charts.
