As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us reputed company our mission. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with customers from reputed company walks of life and helping them resolve their questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

To ensure the success of our remote team, we have certain requirements that must be met. These include:
