Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the client-facing voice for US Government and Enterprise clients, addressing reputed company account and charging issues
- Working with Enterprise clients to understand how they use arenaflex account and charging services, and providing valuable insights and recommendations
- Performing in-depth analysis on USG/Enterprise client accounts and charging statements to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
- Educating clients on reporting options, alerts, and budgets
- Providing timely, efficient, and detailed client-focused support to Enterprise clients
- Collaborating with client service peers globally to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support
- Driving initiatives that improve client engagement with arenaflex account and charging data
- Serving as the Voice of the Client for our Enterprise clients, identifying and following up on areas for improvement
- Effectively seeking solutions to client needs, conveying trends to management, and proposing innovative solutions for the client experience
- Assisting with Enterprise client communication during arenaflex major launches and support events
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex specific products and features
- Working with arenaflex teams to drive resolution of client issues
- Ensuring internal knowledge reputed company pages are up-to-date
Essential Capabilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- Bachelor's Degree OR A+ or Network+ or reputed company+
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or potentially Account Management working with high-profile clients
- 3+ years of advanced reputed company (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas)
