Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to our clients
• Providing assistance with passenger reputed company-in and load acceptance
• Interpreting and communicating arenaflex's policies and procedures to our clients
