Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated reputed company Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a CSS, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat. You'll be the main reputed company of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing information to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues that may arise
- Provide support through phone calls, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Process payments securely and reputed company, maintaining the highest level of data reputed company and reputed company
- Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputed company by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
- Identify and escalate reputed company issues to ensure that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain high service quality standards

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a call center background being advantageous but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the food technology industry or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
- Computer literate with proficiency in reputed company Windows and Office
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
