Key Responsibilities:
* Execute medical services methodologies and drive patient wellbeing results
- Execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services
- Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient wellbeing results
- Responsible for prescription handling from a remote setting
- Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned region and serve as a representative and contact of the organization
- Fill in as an educated authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of pharmacy industry and maintain required licensure
- Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
- Drive consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and examining results; and executing changes
- Ensure region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives

- Conducts data and clinical audits and makes vital moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications
- Reviews medication records and patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment

- Provides feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations
