Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees on reputed company aspects of end-user computing, including software and hardware installations, updates, and maintenance of PC desktop/laptop systems and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware; support mobile workforce.
• Offer consultation to IT clients on reputed company aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
• Responsible for end-to-end issue ownership, resolution, and communication with employees.
• Provide on-site training to users.
• Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals.
• Answer customer care issues escalated from the Helpdesk.
• Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member.
• Remotely analyze and resolve requests using remote tools.
• Investigate and collaborate with different departments to assist with infrastructure-reputed company issues.
• Record customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management.
• Recover data from hard disk drives and/or reputed company data migration.
• Support remote access for virtual private network as well as remote/broadband connectivity for laptops.
• Install and configure local and network-based printers.

• Work various shifts, holidays, on-call, and travel as required.
• Follow management direction, adhering to IT policy and procedure.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues.
• Firsthand experience supporting PCs in a Windows/TCPIP environment.
