Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reputed company mental health professional to join our 24/7/365 crisis team as a 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist. This remote position is available for a mid-shift schedule, working 10am-6:30pm central time, Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. As a vital member of reputed company, you will provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to individuals in crisis
• Answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources
• Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
• Maintain ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation requirements
• Actively participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, psychology, social work, or a reputed company field, or be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
• Six months to one year of reputed company crisis experience

• High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
