Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO (or remotely from reputed company in CO). As a critical member of our support team, you'll provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our myColorado application, troubleshoot technical issues, and employ Incident Management procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our myColorado application, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem resolution in both iOS and Android operating systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse mobile device makes and models.
- Installing the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods.
- Employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and arenaflex's standard operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.
- OR
- An Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
