The Role
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering emails, live chats, and phone calls, helping clients set up their online shops, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, and that our clients feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
* Answering emails, live chats, and phone calls from clients
- Helping clients set up their online shops, get their designs printed, and troubleshoot issues
- Assisting clients with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
- Troubleshooting issues with Printful Stores and E-Commerce platforms
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
