Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional support and create a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to find solutions
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and reputed company for improving customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

- Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
