Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and flexible Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling a moderate call volume, responding to text messages, scheduling for our crew, and monitoring our group chat during peak hours. Key Responsibilities:

### Customer Support

• Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives accurate and timely information.
• Provide detailed information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our hospitality business.
• Troubleshoot any issues and escalate reputed company necessary, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and ability to remain reputed company under pressure.

### Administrative Tasks

• Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
