What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolve issues, ensuring that customers receive the white glove treatment they deserve
- Making recommendations of products or services to reputed company sales and exceed customer expectations
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving mid-to-high level customer service issues
- A minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Strong computer skills, including high-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company the reputed company
