Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Cybersecurity and Risk Management team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Incident Response Team, you'll work closely with business clients to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that our systems and processes are secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Data Entry Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business clients to conduct needs analysis and provide technical solutions to meet their requirements
- Ensuring that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards
- Managing project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Serving as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams
- Participating in system and acceptance testing
- Extending your expertise to support various group projects
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management principles, standards, and best practices
- Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm (desired)
- Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) (desired)
- Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement (desired)
- Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program (desired)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders (desired)
- Fundamental knowledge of technical environments (desired)
- Openness to Agile philosophies (desired)
- Coursework or experience related to cybersecurity (desired)
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple, simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
- Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year (desired)
- Experience tackling business problems in a capstone or case competition (desired)
- Ability to thrive in a culture that values openness, directness, awareness, kindness, and empathy
- Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
