Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers reputed company phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
• Escalating/transferring/completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Providing feedback on call issues.

Qualifications
