Your Role

• Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
• Accurately documenting call details and maintaining up-to-date records
• Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
• Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a commitment to excellence and a positive attitude, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have proficiency in navigating computer applications. A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally is essential, and previous healthcare experience is a plus. You should also have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in customer service
• A High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year at a single job
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days, and a flexible availability, including weekends
• A typing speed of at least 25 WPM, and a hardwired internet reputed company with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
• A secure, private work area at home, and a strong work ethic and self-motivation
