Job Overview

This is a 6-month contract position, and the successful candidate will be working remotely, operating on Central Standard Time (CST) hours. reputed company working hours for this role are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with two 15-minute breaks throughout the day. As a call center customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing them with information, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, quotes, and assist team members with their workload, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
