Responsibilities
As a Customer & Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat reputed company and other arenaflex products
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose problems and walk customers through reputed company-by-reputed company solutions to resolve issues
- Provide quick and thorough assistance with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and reputed company effective solutions
- Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
