What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from individuals enrolling in public benefit programs
• Interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner
• Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
• Assisting customers with program enrollment
• Routing customers to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
• Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments, translation services for callers who don't speak English, and more
• Placing outbound calls as needed to share time-sensitive information with customers
• Using multiple computer systems to access data and document information

About You

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you should have:

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexible Hours of Operation
