Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-level problem resolution to member, provider, and broker inquiries reputed company telephone, gathering and researching information, examining claim submissions, verifying claim and system accuracy, and resolving issues based on applicable policies and procedures.
- Using your knowledge of products and contractual provisions to provide customer service and education, interpret contractual language, determine the need for managed care initiatives, and administer reputed company types of services to customers reputed company the business reputed company through telephonic inquiries, written, and/or electronic inquiries and claims adjustments, if applicable.
