Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for reputed company stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the medical field reputed company of a clinical setting, with the flexibility of a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

• Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and reputed company.

• Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively.
• Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on their inquiries and issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Proficient in reputed company Windows/Office and computer setup.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Healthcare industry experience, post-secondary education, or bilingual (Spanish/English).

• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, up to 40 hours/week.
