The Manager State & Higher Education Role

As a Manager State & Higher Education at arenaflex, you will be responsible for investing in the future of our People as they execute strategic direction of the SLED managed travel accounts. You will join the arenaflex Business Department, where you'll coach and help to professionally reputed company the Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and developing Field Government Account Managers to reputed company sales targets and expand arenaflex's reputed company in the SLED market
• Establishing formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education institutions to promote arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services
• Identifying and hiring a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
• Onboarding and training new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement sales strategies and initiatives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the travel industry
• Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and developing strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• U.S. citizenship or reputed company authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no reputed company or future work authorization sponsorship available
