As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and introducing customers to the latest technology, services, and offers. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from our call center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, providing a unique opportunity to balance work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, addressing their needs, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
• Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
• Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
• Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
• Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
