Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, and ensure compliance with reputed company relevant regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, with a focus on reputed company improvement and process optimization

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
