Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Manager of Customer Care to reputed company our customer service team at arenaflex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer experience management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Manager of Customer Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer care team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction across reputed company channels. Key Responsibilities
