Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our caregivers and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering reputed company incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving client and nurse queries that are reputed company the scope of after-hours, including providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
  • Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
  • Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
  • Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
  • Documenting reputed company scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
  • Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in English: You'll need to be fluent in English to communicate effectively with our clients and caregivers.
  • Compassionate and confident: You'll need to be empathetic and understanding reputed company dealing with clients and their concerns.
  • Responsible and reliable: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • 10+ years' work experience in customer service + office duties: You'll need to have a strong background in customer service and office administration to succeed in this role.
  • Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours: You'll need to be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Impeccable phone and computer skills: You'll need to have excellent communication and technical skills to navigate our systems and software.
  • Staffing and/or health care experience: You'll need to have experience working in a staffing or healthcare environment to understand the complexities of our services.
  • Experience working remotely and independently to the USA: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Quiet and professional work-from-home environment: You'll need to have a dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.
  • Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up: You'll need to have a reliable internet reputed company and a backup plan in reputed company for load-shedding.
