Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Owning the reputed company-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have the accurate travel documentation.
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts. Some bags will weigh up to 70 pounds.
• Operating loading bridges.
• Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Scheduling and Work Environment

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you will work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, based on operational needs. You will also work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority.
