We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our Government and Corporate Affairs team reputed company the arenaflex family. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling reputed company travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells reputed company travel on arenaflex
- Prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds, and prepares and issues tickets
- Answers inquiries regarding general travel information and resolves customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicates with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights

What You'll Need for Success
