Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to process trade deals, reconcile transactions, and address reputed company issues. This is an excellent opportunity to reputed company your skills, learn from reputed company professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
- Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
- Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners
Analysis and Troubleshooting
* Review subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identify and address Client/Advisor amount exceptions
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconcile Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Resolve issues between TDA, the Fund, and other external parties
- Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
