Job Summary
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues and solve queries
- Provide website guidance, answer order and product questions, and assist with payment matters
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
- Continuously learn and improve processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
