Key Responsibilities:
* Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network.

- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of work experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both reputed company pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives.

Sign-on Bonus:
Candidates coming from reputed company the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, paid out in two reputed company: the first installment at the one-month reputed company and the second 50% allocation after nine months of working with arenaflex.
